I really need to jump in here. I have been a grooming student of Masers for almost a year now, and am 8 days away from graduation. Needless to say, I have spent a great deal of time there and have seen the grooming part of the business first hand. \r

One thing that I cannot stress enough is that well meaning people who offer to "help" or "watch" the grooming are not really helping at all. Even the BEST behaved dog will not stand still or behave if Mom or Dad is around. The groomers are not "hidding" anything by not allowing you to watch, they are saving themselves valuable time from being wasted, because the outcome is always the same.\r

Masers has several Groomers who work there and they take on the toughest jobs! Jobs that other groomers refuse to take on. The shop is extremely busy and if the groomers stood to chit -chat for a half an hour to each person dropping off a dog the work would NOT get done. Then you would be calling to complain about the amount of time we have your dog
