I found Dr. Osman to be cold, arrogant, and disrespectful. When I had a question she raised her voice and rudely stated how she didn?t have time to answer my questions. I don?t need warm and fuzzy, but I deservie to be treated with respect. After three appointments that left me feeling bad, I switched to Dr. Leah Tesseler and have had a FABULOUS experience.
