I'm glad to be back in the triangle after moving away for quite some time and I think Blueridge is one of the main reasons I came back. I know the snacks are expensive (what movie theater has ""cheap"" concessions?), but overall I believe BR is a great place to see a good movie. Here are a couple of tips to help you have the best time your $1.50 can offer: 1. Purchase your tickets for later shows early in the day, but come to the theater a little bit ahead of time for your movie...If you don't, you'll be sorry. The lines at times wrap around the parking lot. 2. Eat before you arrive and come with an empty bladder because amongst the huge crowds of bargain shopping movie-goers, there are some people that beleive the restrooms come with free maid services. They do look awful at times, but that is because people don't clean up after themselves and their children. 3. Bring some hand sanitizer and/or travel wipes. 4. If you do not plan ahead, bring plenty of patience. 5. Even if it is hot outside bring a jacket (It sometimes get cold all of a sudden as more people come into the theater...I mean FREEZING COLD). 5. If you keep these things in mind, you will have a fantastic experience. I promise you, BR is just as nice as all of those other ""high-priced"" movie theaters. You will never leave out of that place feeling as though you have not gotten greater than your money's worth.\r
