I don't like to be bossed around when looking at furniture. These guys do what I like. They ask you if you need help when you get there, but then they leave you alone to browse if that is what you want. And I am a bit cheap, not Ikea cheap...just cheap. This is solid wood furniture at good prices. And there are plenty of finishes to choose from. I needed a few background players for mission furniture in my home. They have it.
Pros: Selection, price, and they know their stuff.
Cons: Sometimes a bit curmudgeonly
