I have had uniformly bad experiences at Johnny's Uptown. This mostly involves the service. For instance, last night, I sat at a table for 12 minutes before being brought a coke and having my dirty table cleaned. They were not busy, by the way. I was never brought a menu, and I waited 45 minutes without once being checked back with or receiving a bill. When I asked about emailing a complaint, the waiter began to yell at me. When I finally got up to try to get my tab, the waitress complained to others that I had ""stood in her way"". The food is not that great, either. Avoid, at all costs.
Pros: None, except half price snacks at happy hour, but you will wait a very long time to get them.
Cons: Terrible customer service.
