I have a rental home in Las Vegas. Our last tennant destroyed the place and we though we needed to replace the carpet. After getting quotes to replace it for almost $4000 we decided to see if upstairs (which wasn't as bad) could be cleaned. J2 came out and said the whole place was cleanable.
