I went to Regis and had my hair done by Theresa (she's the manager and supposely the most experienced there). The first time, I was happy with the results and the price. For my cut, color and highlights, I paid about $120. I also left a handsome tip of about 25% because I did have a good experience. However, my second time there was completely different. I had the same thing done as before (cut, color and highlights), my hair length was about the same, so the price should have been same as before. However, when it came time to paying, it was twice almost twice as more as the first time. When I asked why, she said it was because I had my hair color done also. I told her that I had it done the last time as well. She just shrugged her shoulders and didn't have an answer for me. So, I paid almost double then what she had charged me before and felt completely ripped off. I felt like she charged me a certain amount the first time to get me to be a repeat customer .... and then when I did come back, she deliberately charged me almost double.... and of course, she didn't tell me this until AFTER I was done. It would be one thing if she told me before, then I would at least have the option of not getting my hair done by her. It was a disappointing experience, especially since I had recommended her to a couple of people before. But, I can only tell them of my experience and they can decide for themselves if they want to go to Theresa or not.
Pros: inside a mall, so you can get your shopping done in the same trip
Cons: Over priced.... changes price without telling you first (for repeat customers)
