Took my coat in to be cleaned and asked that the lint be removed. When I went to pick it up, they said the lint was stubborn and had been using some sort of comb to get it off, but needed more time. He showed me and I realized the combing he was doing actually combing off the wool of my new coat! I took my coat and was charged $15. When I got it home, I realized the coat had NOT been cleaned (there were still spots on it) AND they had taken my gloves that I had accidentally left in the pockets!! Granted they were $5 knit gloves, but still!! Unbelievable...
