I don't recommend taking your pets to this facility!!!! 3/21/2007

All 3 of my pets have attended this office for the past couple of years. I have two cats and one dog. I personally don't think their exams are thorough. First, they informed my boyfriend that my cat has gingivitis and didn't even recommend anything to cure it. Secondly, with this whole cat food recall ordeal, I wanted to make sure I bought something that was healthy and most likely not going to harm them. While at the grocery store, I called them to ask if the vet had any recommendations cause my co-workers vet recommended Friskies if wet food was to be continued. I wanted a 2nd opinion. Amy took my call and informed me they weren't making any recommendations. I was to take it up with the people who produces the food! Yeah, like I'm gonna call manufacturers to see what they think is best for my pets!! Then I asked again so the doctor doesn't have any recommendations, any healthy brands that works best as a substitute & she named off a few brands & said those brands were on the recall list!!! I told her I was not impressed and cancelled all 3 appts I scheduled for a couple days out! Oh and I can't forget in the past they said wet food was alright for their digestion & moisture since cats are bad about drinking water but it's not too good for their teeth. I told either the vet or the tech that I fed my cats meow mix the wet food. She didn't say anything. Come ti find out when my friend asked her vet if meow mix wet food was okay, he said no cause it produces crystals in their stomach!!! The only reason I give them a 2 is cause a couple visits were fine. Pros: nice looking facility Cons: office staff not helpful and seem to not care more
