Orient Garden is my favorite chinese restaurant in Cary. Although the restaurant itself is nothing special, the food is fresh and tasty, portions ample, and the service is usually quick. You can tell that the vegetables in their dishes are fresh, and unlike most chinese restaurants, they are not overcooked. Want hunan chicken, but without waterchestnut? No problem - the waiters will take time to write down your special request so that you get your food exactly the way that you want it - even if what you want isn't on the menu. If you like chinese food, you owe it to yourself to give this place a try.
