We brought our dogs there and I agree with the other reviewer...no customer service!!! I wrote up some things about what our dogs liked and didn't like in regards to playtime. The lady there confirmed that they got the fax that I sent, but when I got there with my dogs, the other lady who checked us in, knew nothing about it. \r

Then our dogs stayed in a run at the end of the row, so i guess for drainage purposes (I really don't know), the indoor part of the run in a slope/slanted. I felt so bad for my doggies...that they didn't have a flat surface to sleep on :(\r

So you do get what you pay for. I'd never bring my dogs back there again!
Pros: cheap rates
Cons: facilities aren't all that great
