The Bistro could have great burgers, but they're only good because they don't cook them right. If you ask for a medium, you get a bloodbath on a plate. So then you step up one level to medium-well, and they give you an overcooked dry burger. I'd hate to see what they think well done means - a peice of charcoal maybe? And what is a rare burger like? Do they just bring out a live cow when you order rare?
Pros: Pretty good burger, local crowd instead of loud bridge-and-tunnel tools
Cons: They don't cook the burgers right, service is pretty bad, very little seating leads to long line sometimes
