I had a door to door auto shipping service organized by them. The front windshield arrived severely cracked but they promptly arranged to have it replaced the next day. It also arrived about 5 days into the window they specified, so overall it took 16 days to ship from Western Pennsylvania to Southern California. Overall I am satisfied with this service. I would recommend them for auto shipping.
