Put me on hold for 45 minutes just to inform me that because the previous tenant of the house had an oustanding balance I would have to fax them everything but my first born child in order to set up service. Repeatly asked for the same information I had already given them, then insisted that I use my social security number to set up the account after I had previously been told that I could use my Driver's License number. I would almost prefer to never use the stove than have to deal with the inadequate phone reps. Unfortunately they have a contract with the city so there's not much to be done.
