DON'T buy your furniture here. The delivery stinks. After he collects your deposit, Manny the Manager of the Staten Island store doesn't "have anything to do" with deliveries, can't help you, and is obnoxious and rude. The delivery company, which Manny the poor excuse for a store manager claimed is separate from JLR but isn't (they answer the phone "Just Living Rooms"), promised to deliver in a certain time frame and then wanted another delivery fee when they couldn't meet the deadline. Calling the Staten Island store regarding the problem was useless.
I'll say it again: DON'T BUY YOUR FURNITURE HERE!!! You'll regret buying from there the moment you put your money on the table.
Pros: The salespeople follow you around too much.
Cons: After the sale, the staff cannot follow up and help with delivery problems.
