Frank's work with plumbing and heating is fantastic--he's quick to show up in an emergency and will often go outside his usual sphere of work, if need be (like when my sewage line backed up and he cleaned that up for me!--normally, he has someone else for that). His prices are excellent and his work is professional, although he will suggest the higher-quality solution over the least expensive, when it comes to buying fixtures. Of course, the result of that is that his work remains reliable and that everything he fixes actually *stays* working. Atop that, despite being somewhat gruff, he is very friendly and affable.
