I had the worst time speaking with this company. At no time was the staff professional. I was told I paid to much for a mortgage (which had nothing to do with anything), I was questioned about my character, and was told they would not help me resolve the problem. I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office in Pennsylvania. The only nice comment must have been from an employee that needs the business.
