Gave them a specific (correct) GE part number and was told the OEM part they substituted would work. Was charged a 20% restocking fee to return it (unopened) when it didn't. They flatly refused to waive the fee. Prices are very high: even with the lost 20% and shipping from a remote source I saved significantly by going somewhere else.
Cons: Misinformation. Poor support. Surly staff.
