wow, i hope no one has to deal with J & J Towing Company. When my car was towed during SXSW they reported the wrong license plate # to the police, so the police has no record of my car being towed, therefore; my car had to be reported as a stolen vehicle. Basically 11 days later they relized that they made a mistake and are demanding the money for the amount of days that my cars has been sitting in their lot unreported because of their mistake. The issue still has not been resolved, but they may see me in small claims court. They are rude, disrespectful and no one should have to deal with them if they do not have to. Horrible experience!!
