Some knowledgeable staff, but I have over the years received more wrong information from Discount builders than any of the large groups. They are smaller with a more limited inventory than the big box stores. Prices are high. Service is anything from terrific to cursory, and again, answers are not always correct. The old one on Bayshore was much more extensive.
