This was the best experence we have ever had getting our carpet cleaned! They were on time, and explained the entire process. They removed all the stains from my carpet, pet stains, juice stains, dirt, even the soil around the edges that other carpet cleaners for years said were permanent! They truly made our 12 year old carpets look like new again. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone, and they didn't try to sell us anything extra.
