The spa is located in a very old house that is creaky and hot. The massages take place upstairs in what looks like two rooms broken up by a single wall that does not even go to the ceiling. You are hearing everything that is going on in the other room. The other therapist had a fan going the entire time, which was distracting to me. Every time anyone walked by the floors would creak, the doors would get stuck and there are stains all over the place. It just doesn't look very sanitary and clean. I would recommend going someplace else.

Cons: you waste your money in a hot and cluttered place that is also very loud
