This is the worst repair shop - actually, the worst business establishment - I've ever visited. The proprietor refused to give us cost estimates for our repair, never called us with updates after promising to do so, and held our computer - untouched! - for almost a week. Worst of all, after we tried to follow up on the status of our computer, he was extremely rude and yelled at both me and my wife, telling us that we disrespected him (by asking for a repair estimate, evidently) and we should take our computer and never return, that he's very successful and doesn't need or want our business. Well, he will CERTAINLY never get our business again, and, if you care about service or quality in computer repair, you should avoid this establishment at all costs.
