I didn't think they were reliable or professional. They did turn up for the appointment after the time they had said. I didn't think the team were the most experienced at handling my possessions. They weren't as careful as I would have beenn if I had done it myself. When I unpacked, some wooden pieces I had were broken. It must have taken a bit of a drop for them to break.
I felt at the end of the move, there was almost an expectation that I was going to tip the workers. I honestly didn't think they deserved one.
I wouldn't use them again

Cons: Not on time, some items broken
