What is the one most crucial task you demand of your florist? How about delivering flowers on Valentine's Day. The only reason the Valentine's order ever arrived on that day (or actually night) was because I called 6 times and pleaded with the owner to do it. Each time I called, the absurdity / twilight zone feeling went up drastically--couldn't find my order, driver said he left them at the front desk with the security guard when there is no front desk or guard, phone person kept reading back the wrong address even after clarification. Then, after 5 or so hours of pleading, the owner told me she'd call me back, and she didn't. Actually, she failed to give a promised callback numerous times, and this was after I had gotten furious. When they finally showed up, as we were heading to bed, they were already on their last legs. Avoid at all costs.
Cons: customer disservice, wilted flowers, no refunds, stonewalling owner
