So the check engine light goes off 3 weeks after getting it ""supposedly replaced"" right! Well I finally take it in to get them to replace it again, I drive the 10 miles or so there, wait in line, to finally be asked do you have an appointment? As if I schedule breakdowns of the car, I say no, he says ""well since its Presidents day, alot of State workers are off and we are booked plus we only have 2 crews working today (Idiot who planned that work scheduled should be fired) we will have to keep your car over night! Ya right! I have never been turned away by a dealership before for Warranty work, especially after having to bring the car there 3 times for the same issue...I'm fed up with this dealership...People this is absolute BS having to have to make an appointment for such routine work and in my circumstance as it is with the history of this problem...The service guy even tried to play down my apparent dis-satisfaction by asking ""hey didn't you use to have really nice Low-Profiles wheels on? Ya, dealer installed and another issue that caused serious problems between Maita Scion and me....I don't have space to even go into that one! THEY ARE RUDE, AND DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR! ITS ALL ABOUT THE MIGHTY BUCK!!!! Go to another dealership to buy Toyota or Scion. Pros: The courtesy shuttle driver is nice Cons: Every flipping thing else... more
