I have been going to the Electronic connection for a few years, buying soldering kits and switches and all sorts of things. I think that the other review was right. These people do not like young people. I am 21. I walk in and ask the woman at the counter, very politely because I am trying to hedge the bad service with my very polite tone, ""I'm looking for a switch to toggle from an A channel to a B channel, like a toggle switch but a pushbutton with a 5/16 bushing mount or something."" She proceeds to tell me, ""well which is it? It's either a toggle or a pushbutton."" I repeat myself (this is a double pole double throw type switch, I couldn't think of this at the time though). She says, ""there is no such thing, but you cant go look through out switches."" Me,""OK...(long silence)..Where are they."" Her, ""Over there (pointing to the entire store in front of the desk)"" I went and found the data sheet catalogs myself, found the switch that was exactly what i explained to her, and then didn't buy it to spite her. Found it online, 4 dollars cheaper even after shipping charges. Is there any other place around here that isn't run by such awful people. Hows does this place stay in business? They have horrible service and are extremely overpriced...And while I was in there one of the old dudes buddies came in and the chatted for like a half hour watching me thumb through these data sheet catalogs. Also an older man came in looking for some kind of fuse holder or something for his 89 P.O.S. Honda or something and the woman behind the counter jumped to help him. what i was going to purchased was like 3 times the profit for them. hmmm, do not get it. I saw boycott this place, they don't deserve to be in business
Pros: wide selection, anything that you will every need/want
Cons: horrible, rude, mean, insulting service and high prices
