I am an expert in the business of design. A clean carpet makes a statement about a person's home and how dedicated they are to maintaining it's appearance. Carpet Clean came in and cleaned 3 rooms of my home in about an hour and a half. It was amazing how the stains just disappeared and I have an 8 year old, so that speaks volumes. They were polite and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their service. I didn't feel like a number on their clipboard which means I will definitely be calling them for repeat business. His last words to me as he shook my hand was, ""Remember if you aren't completely satisfied, call me and I will come back to make it right!"" I don't think I've ever been offered a guarantee like that before.
