My friends and I are DONE with The Cheesecake Factory at the Sherman Oaks Galleria, after a horrific Sunday brunch experience today that involved the slowest service of all time. The waiters didn't have enough common sense to achieve simple things like keeping our coffees filled or bussing our table when we're cramped with dirty dishes everywhere. We had to pull the manager over finally, because it took them OVER FORTY-FIVE MINUTES to get us our drinks. The food was average at best, and didn't all come out at once, and everything was overpriced, considering the lousy service & quality. You would think they'd get their act together, considering their high-traffic location (due to the theaters) & always crowded status, but they were clearly clueless.
Cons: Slow service, dirty tables & overly high pricing
