The food was quite good, although servings were small (even for tapas) and expensive.  Service was fine - waiter was congenial, a little flippant, attentive.  The best part, however, was the selection of cocktails.  Sacsayhuaman is amazing - habanero infused vodka with passionfruit.  I was surprised at how loud it was, but we were in the bar area.  I'd consider this a 'splurge' for an evening out.
