My wife and I frequent Reata often, and we always have a great time. We usually begin our evening with a cocktail or glass of wine at their rooftop bar which offers a great view of downtown, and then head downstairs for dinner. They are known for the Tenderloin Tamales which are great, but my favorite appetizer is the Smoked Quail served on Jalapeno Cheddar Grits. My wife usually goes with whatever fish feature they are running that night, and I get either the Pepper-crusted Tenderloin or the Buffalo Ribeye. All of their desserts are awesome and we usually just go with our server recommendation. In fact, last time we went, we let our server choose every course for us, and it turned out to be the best meal we've had! It's our favorite place in town and we always look forward to a great evening when we go there!
Pros: Great private dining areas for large groups, Great wine list, Wonderful service
