This is the worst place to have a children's birthday party. First of all, their prices are outrageous with a min of $26.00 per child and up. That's not including an 18% service charge for everything (which they don't tell you) and tax ! Then when you have the party, they expect to put 6 children per lane without an area to serve food or a special room to have the birthday cake. They expect a child 5 years old to sit without table or stand to eat! Can you imagine a child eating without getting anything on their laps this way? Add an adult to that 6 and you have basically 12 people per lane to eat and bowl without chairs. I spoke with the service person who was basically a high-school drop out and she was far from being helpful with comments like ""I just work here. What do you want me to do? I can't do that!"" etc. They got me the upper manager who was a college drop-out and didn't know anything. Finally got the general manager who gave us a pathetic room without any decorations and didn't even arranged the tables or put table cloth on. \r
