On 02/27 I emailed Ms. Saul informing her of how displeased I was with the way she had handled the potential booking of her services for my wedding ceremony.\r

1. I made initial contact on 02/14 inquiring of a meeting based on excellent recommendations. Ms. Saul replied with an initiated request for a phone meeting the following business day.\r

2. I never heard from her on the following day and left a voicemail to which she replied via email at 3 am.\r
\r
3. Ms. Saul called me on 02/16 saying she was busy and she'd call the next day while promising not to book my date. Ms. Saul never called on 02/17.\r

4. I called Ms. Saul on 02/22. Her accounts were that she was awaiting my phone call. Inappropriate? Despite my gut, I agreed to a meeting on the evening of 02/27.\r

5. I called Ms. Saul back on 02/23 seeking available meeting window, however none were available that day.\r
\r
6. Ms. Saul called at 7:26 am on 02/27 indicating she needed to cancel due to a booking for my date made by one of her staff members.\r
\r
I believe, via email and phone contact, I'd shown Ms. Saul that I was serious about booking her for my event. Despite my efforts I felt blown off, un-important, and most of all disrespected by her Poor Communication and Lack of Professionalism. \r

When I emailed my concerns to her today, instead of apologizing for the ""potential"" mishap, she replied with an email with a list of excuses for the grave error and blamed an inexperienced member of her staff.\r
\r
Ms. Saul staff is a direct reflection of her and her business. Clear channels of communication would have made my experience a more pleasurable one.\r
\r
As a consumer, I demand a higher standard of professionalism to which we hold our vendors in the service industry!\r
\r
I would never recommend or retain the photography services of Bernie Saul.
