A party of 10 was obviously too much to handle for this snooty waitstaff. Our group had to wait over an hour to be seated when the reservation had been booked well in advance. They didn't apologize once and when we told them we were going to be late for a post-dinner event, they balked, ""Well we didn't know you had plans after dinner"". Well ok, I guess we didn't know the true meaning of a reservation. When we were finally seated in a ""private room"", more like just a back room, the food was unmemorable and the service was non-existent. For my friend's birthday cake, they were nice enough to give her 5 stale cookies and a mug . I have never had such a bad dining experience, especially in the much beloved South End. Best group dining?? No way! Worst! Sibling Rivalry needs to get their overrated, overpriced act together!
