Fantastic. Upon arriving, the manager sat down with us, explained the options and brought the cakes, fillings and frostings that we requested. The presentation was above and beyond what we expected - neat little slices, special dishes, utensils, dishes, etc. The cake was easily the best we'd tried in Santa Fe or Albuquerque. We wound up having to choose between four or five great flavor combinations. White, chocolate and lemon were outstanding - moist and flavorful, but not too heavy. Of the fillings, bavarian creme, cream cheese and strawberry were especially good.\r

Contrary to the previous review, our cake was fresh and the fondant was smooth, though we opted for the buttercream. Design-wise, we didn't see anyone else this good - clean lines, creative touches, nice work all around. Price-wise, it was half the price of some of the vendors in Santa Fe...
