They burned several holes in my shirt. When I went there to inform them, they told me I was ""hurting their feelings!"" They denied ownership to the problem, and actually accused the customer of the holes. I had been a regular customer for over a year, and the one time I had a problem, they showed me the worst customer service I had seen in years. They were rude, arrogant, and offered no solution to the problem. I would never go back there if they were the last dry cleaners in the southeast!
Cons: burned my shirt, and never did anything to fix it!!!
