I used to work for this company, and it was a horrible experience. When I got sick, my job was threatened, even though I had a doctor's note to excuse me.
We would call a database of approx. 14,000 names/numbers. Not very many if you think about it! We would call a number till they answered and either 1)accepted the free tickets, 2)told us not right now, or 3)asked/told us to take them off the call list. Because of the low numbers in the database, we called people every 1-3 weeks, depending on what the manager wanted.
I had friends and family go a few times, and sometimes I would go with them. The waitresses were surly and got to us/them when they wanted to. The floor manager was rude to my party, and on numerous occasions. The food was not very good at all. The drinks were watered down.
I would never recommend to a friend, or even to someone I didn't really like.
