Congratulation Jekyll & Hyde Club, this was absolutely the worst dining experience of my life. First of all the service was just awful. Unprofessional, filthy waiters and waitresses were unable to take a simple orders and could not carry plates without shoving their fingers in the food? Absolutely horrendous. As mentioned above, our waiter (from hell) had filthy uniform - his pants were covered with grease and ketchup stains? his body odor was also awful. Not a great first impression!! The food is fairly good, although my wife got a serving of cold and saggy waffle fries and again the servers were of no help to us and skillfully ignored us throughout this dreadful evening. When I finally thought that the evening was over, here comes a large rodent ? huge, fat, filthy rodent - sitting on a staircase in the middle of the dining room!! My wife took our children and ran out? I understand this is New York City, but still rodents in a restaurant are absolutely unacceptable. It was not over however!! After I got back to our hotel, I discovered that I paid a service charge (17%) on a top of a very generous (15%) tip. So, in the end I was also robbed!! I guess honesty and good service is something they do not know at this filthy restaurant. AVOID!!
