I've been going to Karla for several years now and she always does an awesome job on my cut and highlights!! I consistently get compliments -- someone even stopped me in Walgreens one day to find out where I get my hair done. I'm surprised at the last two comments. There's not a snotty bone in that place! It's one of the most down to earth places I've ever had my hair done. It's a small, laid-back, comfortable, and intimate atmosphere. And as far as not honoring a two-week fix, I'm shocked to hear that. They've always told me (and I've heard them tell others) that if you're not happy, just come back and they'll fix it -- period.
Pros: Small shop, great neighborhood, nice people!
