I set up a time to for one of their inspectors for a 1 P.M. inspection. I cancelled at 9:00 am that same day. I told them I wanted to reschedule and I would contact them. We could not do the inspection. I recieved a $400.00 invoice. Which was a surprise, I recieved a very a letter with the invoice that was very arrogant in tone stating that I was told that they needed 24 hour notice. Which was not the case, the secretary made the appt. However, did not explain the 24 hour notice. I had full intention on using them on another property.
