I went to Ben White Auto to get a second opinion on whether my car was leaking power steering fluid, which requires a very expensive repair. Though busy, they squeezed me in early, and actually took me to my car to show me the details. They found no current evidence of a leak, and while they said a repair may be necessary eventually, they never pressured me into having any work done. My only constructive criticism would be that the waiting room needs sprucing up, so if you plan on spending time, bring a book. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place for repair work. If possible set an appointment far ahead of time, as these guys are popular and are always booked.
