I brought my dogs in for boarding and bath for 2 weeks over Christmas. They were supposed to be bathed and clean upon pickup. When I picked them up, they had been bathed, but had then been allowed to "play" in a very wet (rainy) yard and were absolutely soaked in other dog's urine that had been picked up from the yard. I was incredibly unhappy with this and was given no kind of response or support or even sympathy from the staff when I brought this to their attention - their response - "you should have picked up the dog earlier in the day"....incredible. I'm never using them again.
