I hate this expression, but oh my gawd! After reading so much about the Glass Cactus I finally checked it out on a Thursday night. What a disappointment it was. The place was so dirty that I couldn?t believe it. Two or three drinks were spilled on the floor in front of the bar area, and it was never mopped. There was also a spilled drink on the mostly empty dance floor that was never cleaned. The floor behind the bar was littered with napkins and other debris. It looked like a dump. For most of the night the bar area was also littered with napkins and lime slices until someone finally swept it. Apparently none of the Gaylord management ever visit this place, because if they did the Glass Cactus management would be out of work.
Pros: None that I noticed.
Cons: Expensive, dirty bar area, poor atmosphere.
