Glenn called up the night before to confirm the date and time the movers would show up.
On the day of the move, the movers showed up 1/2 hour late. No big deal.
During the course of the move, the movers told us they'd have to make 2 trips. Again no big deal and I expected this.
On the 2nd trip the movers didn't grab all the boxes and stuff that I needed moved.
Also when they arrived to our new house on the 2nd trip, they refused to unload the truck until we paid them in full. This is a very dishonest practice. My wife was forced to pay the workers right then and there.
They broke a number off items, as they unloade the truck. They were obviously in a hurry and didn't want to be there any longer.
Then they took off, without saying goodbye. Left our refridgerator in the middle of the garage and took up with my toolset, and drill.
Contacting Glenn, the owner. He is extremely belligerent to talk to and wouldn't re-emburse me for my dammaged proptery nor the items stolen.
Under no cirucumstances should you use there services.
