The flowers I ordered for my mom's birthday were, fresh beautiful and delivered on the correct day. I didn't call until 11:00 am and they got the flowers delivered. Mom was very happy with the bouquet and that is what counts. Good value for the money too! I'll be a loyal customer. Thanks
