I simply love this store. They are way cheaper than any mall jewelry store. I have always gotten extremely good pricing there and have always received personal service. You can look through there catalogs and order specific pieces. Although I have never taken scrap gold to them, I did inquire about getting a ring made out of some of my Grandmothers jewelry. They were very thoroughly in explaining the process saying they would draw pictures and make a mold before the final product was finished. I have bought several unique pieces there also
