I brought my mother in law here for her 50th birthday for a massage. Not only were we not in the actual spa but we were in a room that looked like it was never used full of unpacked boxes. During my massage I was treated to someone vaccuming upstairs, dishes washed in the break room next door, and also details as to what one of the other employees did with her boyfriend the night before. I called the next day to get my money back and decided instead to try it again and give them a secong chance. Over the next 3 months I tried four times to book an appointment and Mosaic was never able to give me an appointment in the time that I am available. I am a stay at home mom with a fairly open schedule. The only reason that I gave them two stars was because after all of this they did refund my money. I have worked in the spa industry for almost 10 years in Seattle and I have never before seen anything like this. I would not recomend spending your money here, take it to Spa Paradiso instead, there you will find a better atmosphere and well trained technicians.
