Torrance Bakery

I was forced to go to Torrance Bakery through my reception location. Our preliminary experience with them was very satisfactory. However, I designed my cake with one of their cake designers, and the cake that was waiting for me at my reception was nothing like the cake I ordered. It was very tasty - but it looked nothing like it was supposed to. When I spoke to the manager in the cake department, they simply said that there was a mistake in inputing the order on their end and that they could give me a $100 refund and a $25 gift certificate to Torrance Bakery. I was very upset with this response. It in no way made up for the fact that I didn't get the cake I designed. Brides-to-be, if you do go to Torrance Bakery (which I would highly recommend against), make sure you double then triple check your order! more
