The individuals doing the work were friendly and professional. Did a great job moving things around. Went straight to work. Process ""lifted"" the carpets to make them look new. Cleaning process removed stains and left carpets looking clean. The price is rather expensive so I hope all the claims (removing allergens, stain treatment, etc.) do what they said. Arrived on time! Gave us some product to use if we needed it to remove any spills that may occur later.\r
