I was impressed with the service from start to finish. When I called to set up an appt, they were able to give me an estimate over the phone and schedule my appt right away. They called to let me know they were on the way. The lead service person, Miquel, was very knowledgeable about the cleaning process and gave me a demo to show how the process would work and information about why their process was better than traditional steam cleaming. They finished quickly and did a walk through with me. Less than an hour after they finished, I got a followup call to make sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend this company.
